A Short Sale is a way out for someone who owes more on their home then what it’s worth. I know the Short Sale process inside and out because this is what I do everyday.

I have personally seen how a Short Sale can help families get back on track financially and emotionally. As it has for my friend Kurt in the video.  Kurt and I met awhile back when he called me requesting to see a house I had for sale. When we met at the property we got to talking, his intentions were to buy another house and let his current home go back to the bank. At that time prices dropped 50% around where he was living in Long Beach California and he was working two jobs just to get by.  After some pretty long discussions about his personal situation he decided a short sale would be his best option at the time since real estate prices and the economy were so unstable.  Kurt decided to stop making payments and save his money for the next 7 months while he would look for a place to rent. One month prior to closing the short sale on his property in Long Beach California, Kurt had located a house that was in a much better neighborhood (safer)and 2,100sq ft vs the 1,200sq. ft. home he had. By the way his rent on the new home was $1,400 less per month….wow

Kurt has since QUIT his 2nd JOB, learned how to scuba dive and also purchased some jet ski’s. He’s able to save money  No more living paycheck to Paycheck.

Most importantly…Kurt has his life back.

Here Is How I Handle Short Sale Listings

  • My Services Are Free to You.  The Bank Pays For Everything
  • No For Sale Sign if you choose The only people that will know your property is a short sale are Realtors and their clients.
  • Open House (If you want.  It will usually be held by someone on my team.)
  • I sell properties for full market value
  • All of my Properties are marketed on the Multiple Listing Service to Realtors to attain the highest sales Price
  • I have an obligation to you the seller, not your bank(s), or the buyers and their agents.                   Everything we talk about is Confidential!
  • When doing a short sale everything I do is contingent on you receiving an acceptable short sale approval(s) from you lenders.
  • I usually only show your property for 1-3 weeks while I attain offers then I will put it on hold while my team negotiate with your lender(s) to agree to a short sale.
